Who do I think I am?

I've been developing software since the 1980's, variously as a coder, a tester, an architect and a manager (see my LinkedIn profile). I've had my share of successes, made my share of screw-ups, and generally taken longer than I expected to get to grips with leading sofware development. This blogs tells some of what I've learned, in particular about Agile Methodologies which I've been using since 2001.

I'm also a BigLooLaa.
